Remote Deposit Capture
Grandpoint's Remote Deposit service enables you to deposit checks to your Grandpoint accounts from your desk or anywhere in the United States. All you need is a specialized scanner, PC and Bank-approved software that transmits checks electronically and sends images to the Bank for deposit. This state-of-the-art technology reduces your time and liability by delivering your deposits through courier services or in person, and improves your efficiency and cash flow.
Business Mobile Remote Deposit Capture
Business Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) encapsulates the features of traditional Desktop Deposit scanning and incorporates it into your mobile device. This service creates efficiencies in the form of time and cost savings and provides you the mobility needed to increase your productivity on the go. Business Mobile RDC leverages auto-capture technology to reduce mobile deposit workflow friction. In addition, this service enables you to perform batch check deposits and provides security controls to maximize administrative oversight for mobile check deposits made by your staff members.
ACH Debit Origination
ACH Debit Origination enables your company to collect payments from your clients via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. That means you can debit your clients’ accounts to collect fixed or variable payments, such as membership dues or insurance premiums. Funds are deposited directly into your Grandpoint account, providing you with greater control and predictability in your accounts receivable process.
Our Lock Box Service streamlines the remittance process if your business receives payments by mail. Payments are sent to a post office box where they are collected by the bank several times a day and deposited directly into your Grandpoint account. Our service provides timely payment receipt reporting and allows you access to electronic and paper remittance images online to update your receivables or research customer questions.
If your business requires frequent deposits of cash or you need to maintain a continuous inventory of cash and currency, our Cash Vault Service provides convenience and peace of mind. Armored carrier service from your business location moves cash and currency safely to a Cash Vault, where your deposits are processed and deposited securely and promptly. You can also order currency and coin online and have it delivered by armored carrier to your business, eliminating trips to your banking office.
Merchant Services allows you to credit funds from all major credit cards directly to your checking account with the highest level of customer service. And we offer a choice of advanced processing technologies, including wireless, Internet and PC-based options.

ACH Credit Origination allows you to make payments electronically through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, simplifying the way you pay vendors, issue paychecks and reimburse employee expenses, and make tax payments. Save time, reduce expenses, eliminate the possibility of lost checks, and easily forecast settlements.
Grandpoint's Account Reconcilement service puts an independent, third-party "set of eyes" on your accounts by resolving missing and late deposits, mis-posted items and overs and shorts as quickly as possible. All you have to do is give us your list of issued checks in a specified data transmission format, and we do the rest. At the end of your statement cycle, we'll give you a balanced account statement.
Keep all your check images and statements indexed on a CD Statement application for easy access (searching and printing). Add to your growing archive of images and statements on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
This powerful online tool helps you reduce check fraud loss by enabling you to view, decide on and approve checks written against your account before the Bank pays them. By examining fields, such as check amount, payee or check number, and flagging discrepancies, you can verify against your issue files, evaluate and decide whether to pay or return the item.
ACH Fraud Protection
Grandpoint's Automated Clearing House (ACH) Fraud Protection Services provide online tools that help protect your company from fraudulent electronic transactions and compromised account information. Services include ACH debit blocking, ACH credit blocking and ACH filters.

Executive Vice President & Director of Treasury Management
Most recently, Annette Isaacs worked at City National Bank, first as Vice President of Treasury Cash Management Sales beginning in 1999, and, from 2007 to 2010, as Vice President and Team Leader for Treasury Management Sales. She managed a staff of sales officers who supported the Bank's branches, commercial banking offices and specialty units, working collaboratively to analyze client needs and cross sell treasury management services.
From 1991 to 1999, Annette served as Assistant Vice President and then Vice President of Cash Management for Imperial Bank. She was responsible for marketing cash management services to middle market companies, municipalities, trust companies and the health care industry as well as supporting Imperial's branch offices. In 1988, she joined the Los Angeles office of First National Bank of Chicago as a Service Consultant in the Cash Management Services division. In that capacity, she was responsible for providing cash management services for 300 West Coast client relationships. Annette began her banking career in 1978 at First Interstate Bank of California..
Annette serves on the board of directors of Bloom Again Foundation. She is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals of Southern California and volunteers with the Y.W.C.A. - West San Fernando Valley, Wonder of Reading program and Soccer Committee. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Los Angeles.
